Registrar purchases

Registration, billing, renewals and account access are handled by the registrar where checkout occurred. Contact that registrar directly for transaction support.

Report an incorrect result

Include the domain, displayed status, app version and the registrar result. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment information.

We aim to reply to product-support requests within three business days after public launch.
